Negative experiences or small failures that all experience can sometimes undermine the self-esteem us. Problems at work, relationships and thoughts of others can affect your view of yourself and "closed" checkbox confidence. The "standards" of society determine the happiness of many people, but if you do not value yourself ... why should appreciate the other?
Create a list of your accomplishments
Often, we tend to see our failures, ignoring our achievements, whether in personal or the professional level! Do not forget to give yourself courage ... Celebrate even the conquest of small targets and you will see that it will slowly gain an appreciation for yourself.
Determine what "deflate" your confidence
Think about situations that reduce your self-esteem, such as the indifference of your partner, the crisis in the workplace or a change in your life circumstances. Later, pay attention to your thoughts and talk to yourself in order to interpret how well or not think. "No" does not always blame yourself when something happens ... negative!
Before going to bed each night, write a paper ten things for which you are grateful. Remember that there are people worse off than you, without either their health or without a plate of food. Despite life's problems ... I understand that you have everything without knowing it!
Assess the truth of yourself
Live your life according to the "want" and your own choices and "no" according to their thoughts and criticisms of others. It is not bad to listen to advice, but in the end decide for your own good. Remember that you are responsible for your own happiness ...
Do not compare yourself with others
Each person is unique on the planet and need not resemble anyone! Nature created you in order to stand out, both in appearance, and spiritually. If you want to enter a process of comparing the judge ... How have today compared to yesterday.
Say nice things to yourself
And yet you can convince yourself that ... you can make it! Pessimism is not never led anywhere. Tell yourself that you can handle the situation. Even if in the end you make a mistake, forgive yourself, we all make mistakes. Identify your strengths and move with them through life.
Create an optimistic environment around you
If your home or your workplace is filled with cheerful colors, photos of your family or entertaining with plants posters, then you will feel more optimistic. Open the windows to get some sun and upload the music volume ... you will instantly feel better and greater appreciation for life.
Change of mind
Read "upbeat" books and watch movies optimistic or seminars that talk about self-esteem. It is important to focus on what make you happy and not miserable. If necessary, stop watching news and move away from complaining and pessimism.
Upgrade your daily diet
Processed foods contain very little nutritional value compared with organic fruits and vegetables. Eat fresh produce and drinking plenty of water and fresh juices instead of coffee or energy drinks. And yet, diet plays an important role in energy and your mood throughout the day!
