Cleanse your mind and locate the source of your problem, so you can "hit" the city! Do not be afraid, but admit your mistakes!

 

Repairs as you do not like everyday

To be able to solve some issues of your behavior, you must first remove any items the "reflate"! If you see that your work creates nerves ... it is good to look for something new, and if the cause of the debts are ... stop wastage. Specifically, you should spend at least five minutes a day to read your attitude and reactions that need changing. With these you can get as much power requires changing your behavior.

 

Do not try to look like the others

The key to proceed to correct your behavior is to accept elements of yourself and find the strength to control your thoughts.
